RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Online purchases can be returned within 30 days from the shipped date by mail or in store for a refund back to your original form of payment.
Exchanges are only offered in store within 30 days from the shipped date. Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms below
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website Creators high level.com, the Creators High Level mobile applications, and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy (collectively, the "Site"). In-Store purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase with original receipt and within the original country of purchase. Please contact your local store for any store-specific return policy information
Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date either through our returns portal or in store. Online purchase exchanges are only available in store. Your order confirmation contains a barcode to make your return easy and specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
Final sale items and Last Chance Styles cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
